I have over 25 years of professional experience creating a healing and supportive environment for my patients. Currently, I have an active practice in Riverside, CA where I see individuals, adolescents, and adults. I take a practical and ethical approach when it comes to my client’s emotional growth and healing. I encourage my clients to live healthier, purposeful, and more fulfilling lives. I incorporate, cognitive behavioral therapy,  family systems theory, and mindfulness practices into sessions.  I specialize in treating, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders.  Another specialty of mine is in the field of hospice and end-of-life care.  I help the client and the family manage the emotional distress of loss, provide resources and referrals, and support the final wishes of the client.
